Dan Haddad serves as Senior Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain for Orora Packaging Solutions. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the company’s operational activities encompassing our manufacturing facilities and supply chain operations including procurement, supplier relationship management, logistics and distribution, warehouse and inventory management, and continuous improvement. He assumed this role in July 2021. Prior to joining Orora, Dan was Vice President, Operations at FLIR Systems responsible for purchasing, planning, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, NPI, and continuous improvement for the Portland Surveillance division.   Prior to FLIR, he held positions of increasing responsibilities at ESCO Corporation,  PCC Structurals, and as the Chief Operating Officer at Felins USA, a global sustainable packaging company.  He also has held a variety of leadership positions at Harley-Davidson, Umbra Cuscinetti and Delphi Delco Electronic Systems.   Dan holds a BA in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University and attended the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and 2 children.

Chris Bradley is the Chief Marketing & Chief Sustainable Design Officer of Orora Packaging Solutions. He drives innovation across markets through product, graphics, user experience, and package design capabilities. In addition, he provides the digital tools, processes, and support to enable OPS to provide an efficient, effective, and delightful customer experience at all points of the customer journey. When not working, Chris can be found with his wife and two teenage daughters. He loves Italian cooking, running, cycling, snowboarding, playing guitar, hiking with his dogs, and traveling the globe when possible.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Erica is responsible for driving the execution of OPS' profitable growth, operational excellence, and generating returns to shareholders. Prior to joining Orora, Erica was CFO at Infrastructure Products Group, a $2B segment of CRH specializing in precast and enclosures in the water, communications, transportation, and energy markets. Proceeding CRH she was Vice President of Finance at Woodward Inc and prior to that spent 18 years at GE in various finance roles of increasing responsibility. Erica holds a BS from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and a MAFM from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is also a certified CPA. Erica will be residing in Southern California.

Coleen Bentley serves as Vice President and CHRO for North America which includes Orora Packaging Solutions and Orora Visual. She is responsible for leading the safety organization as well as for driving business results through human capital strategies.

Colleen Connelly is Vice President, General Counsel for North America which includes Orora Packaging Solutions and Orora Visual. She is responsible for leading the legal team for North America. She assumed this role in July 2018 after serving as the company’s Sr. Counsel responsible for labor, employment, corporate and commercial law. Colleen has over twenty years of legal experience commencing her career in private practice with McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen, and subsequently in senior in-house roles for E. & J. Gallo Winery and UTi Worldwide. Colleen graduated from Kenyon College with a double major in Psychology and Political Science and earned her law degree from the University of Virginia. She lives in Southern California with her husband and three children.

Alvin Joseph serves as Vice President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Orora Packaging Solutions. He is responsible for technology strategies to achieve operational excellence and enable new digital capabilities. He assumed this role in June 2019. Prior to Orora, Alvin was Director, Corporate Business Systems at Tower Semiconductor, a leading semiconductor foundry.  At Tower, he built from ground up a best in class global business systems infrastructure that transformed operational efficiency and customer experience. Before Tower, he held positions of increasing responsibilities at Jazz Semiconductor and Conexant Systems. He also has many years of IT consulting experience providing SAP solutions. Alvin holds a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Kerala, India and an MBA from University of Phoenix. He lives in Southern California with his wife and 3 children.

Heather Grisel serves as the Regional VP Sales, East Region.  Prior to this role, Heather was Vice President of Sales for the East Region.  She joined the organization in June of 2009 as a Sales Representative and led various roles as General Sales Manager, Division Manager, and Regional Sales Director.  Heather is graduate of Purdue University.  She lives in Indiana with her husband and three children.

David Graney is the Vice President of Sales Southwest region and Engineered Packaging Solutions. He is responsible for helping the Southwest Region continue to develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors. David joined the company in 1995 as a Sales Representative and has held a series of significantly increasing leadership roles including Operations Manager, Division Manager, Hub Manager, Regional Vice President - Midwest and Regional Vice President – Northwest and most recently VP, Marketing and Business Development. He has been responsible for implementing many of our most successful marketing strategies, developing new businesses across Orora Packaging Solutions, and was instrumental in the creation of the Orora Fresh brand. He graduated from University of California at Los Angeles with a BA in Psychology and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. David lives in Southern California with his wife and children.

Rosalio Hernandez has served as the Regional Vice President, Mexico since August 2018. Rosalio has made significant strides to grow our Mexico business and he brings an exceptional level of Operations excellence to all our Mexico divisions. Rosalio joined Orora Packaging Solutions in 2007 as General Sales Manager in our Tijuana, Baja California office. He continued to hold key roles in the organization including Division Manager, and Director of Operations, Mexico. Prior to joining Orora, Rosalio held the position of General Manager at McFarlane Foam and other key roles at Brengtag and Z Gas in Mexico. Rosalio holds a BA degree in Business from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. Rosalio lives in Southern California and Mexico with his wife and three children.

Jerry Mejia is currently the Regional Vice President of Operations for the Southwest Region. He is responsible for supporting a very diverse business from an operations standpoint for both Landsberg’s large Southwest region and our unique and fast growing Landsberg Fulfillment Solutions business. Jerry started his career with Orora in 1986 and has held key leadership positions including roles in Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, Sales Management and Division Management of key facilities such as our Landsberg Channel Islands, San Diego and Ontario divisions. Jerry has also served at the Regional Vice President level for the San Diego / Mexico region and in the Southwest and Central Regions. He lives in Southern California and is recently a very proud new grandfather.

Barry is a key member of the Landsberg Executive Leadership Team (LELT) and brings a professional enthusiasm for our customers and co-workers alike. Barry’s passion for Orora’s success is demonstrated on a daily basis. Barry joined the company in 2006 as a General Sales Manager and led the organization in several key roles including Division Manager, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and International Region and Northwest Region Vice President. Prior to joining Orora, Barry worked at one of our strategic partners, Sealed Air, as General Manager in the Northwest after holding several business development roles throughout the Western US. Barry graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Finance. He lives in Danville, CA with his wife, Kathy, and two daughters. In his free time he enjoys swimming, biking, cooking and traveling.

Clay Kennedy serves as the Vice President of the Central Region, presently in an interim role.  He began his career with Orora in 2003 as a Sales Professional in Austin, Texas.  Since then, he has served as a Sales Manager for the Houston division and was promoted to Division Manager in 2017.  Clay is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing and Insurance.  He lives in the Houston area with his wife and three children.

Mindy McIntosh serves as the Vice President, Operational Services & focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience. Mindy has 28 years of experience with Orora across North America & Australia. She has held previous roles at Orora as Divisional Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Director, & Vice President, Landsberg Orora. Mindy will tell you her faith, family, friends, fitness and fun are what mean the most to her.
