Bernie Salvatore is President of Orora Packaging Solutions. He oversees the company’s valuable portfolio of companies and assumed this role in July 2010. Bernie joined Orora in July 2002 as Vice President, General Manager of Engineering Packaging Solutions. In this role, he was a driving force in its development and growth within Orora and held positions of significantly increasing responsibility including Regional Vice President, Northwest Region and President of Landsberg. Prior to joining Orora, Bernie served with Sealed Air as Vice President Sales, North America and Cryovac W.R. in a variety of roles including Director of Marketing and Business Development. Bernie is a graduate of York University and earned an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business in UWO, London, Ontario. Bernie also serves on the board of directors of Think Now. He lives in Southern California with his wife and has two grown children.
Michael D'AnnaChief Financial Officer
Michael D’Anna serves as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Orora Packaging Solutions. He is responsible for blending business strategy, tactical financial operations, and compliance requirements into sustained success and growth. He assumed this role in October 2016. Michael began his career at Orora as a Staff Accountant in August 2004 and has held increasingly more senior positions including Regional Controller, Regional Operations Manager, Group Accounting Manager, Director of Finance and Vice President, Corporate Controller. Michael holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics and an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
Kelly BarlowSenior Vice President, Western US & Mexico
Kelly Barlow is Senior Vice President, Western US & Mexico. Prior to this role, Kelly was Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Marketing. She joined the company in September 2001 as a Sales Representative and served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions including Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Value Plus Business Group Champion, General Sales Manager, Division Manager and Director Marketing and Business Development. Kelly graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Management and holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Kelly lives in Southern California with her husband and children.
Tracy EvattSenior Vice President, Central Region
Tracy Evatt holds the position of SVP of the Central Region. He started his career in the industry in 1977 as a sales representative for Dixon Paper Company. He later became the Industrial Department Manager, then General Manager, for Dixon, which was heavy in industrial packaging and printing industries. After twenty years with Dixon (later part of International Paper), Tracy joined Pollock Paper as Vice President of Distribution. He was then promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer with the additional responsibility of Pollock’s corrugated manufacturing business in 2003. In 2018, Pollock became a part of Orora Packaging Solutions and Tracy gained additional responsibility for the Central Region including both Pollock Orora and Landsberg Orora operations. Tracy and his wife of 39 years, Julie, reside in Colleyville, Texas. Their two grown sons reside in Dallas, Texas.
David NiedelmanSenior Vice President, East Region
David is serving as the Senior Vice President of the East Region. In this role, he is responsible for both sales and operations for all East Region Landsberg Operations. David has spent his entire career in the packaging industry joining Orora Packaging Solutions in 1998 after the acquisition of his family company. At Orora, he has served in a variety of roles including Division Manager, Vice President of Distribution, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Vice President of Strategy, East Region. David graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in Business and Psychology. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife Joyce and has three grown children with wonderful grandchildren.
Greg HummelSenior Vice President, Global Sales
Greg Hummel is the Senior Vice President, Sales for Landsberg, Orora. He assumed this role in June 2018 and he leads all aspects of Sales across the Landsberg organization. He joined the company in January 1989 as a Sales Representative and led the organization through a series of key roles including Division Manager, Regional Division Manager, Regional Vice President Distribution and Senior Vice President Southern California and International Regions. Greg graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Business Administration. Greg lives in Southern California and has two grown children.
Ray HuelskampSenior Vice President, Operations
Ray Huelskamp serves as Senior Vice President, Operations for Orora Packaging Solutions. He is responsible for Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Real Estate as well as leading merger and acquisition efforts across North America. Prior to this role, he was appointed to the position of Vice President Operations and Manufacturing. Ray has also held the positions of Vice President Landsberg Operations and Vice President, Supply Chain Logistics. Ray has held significant leadership roles at International Paper including, Director Global Operations for GCS, Senior Vice President at xpedx as well as the President of Advance Paper and Chemical. Ray holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA. Ray lives in Southern California with his wife and has two grown children.
Jim WilczekVice President, Manufacturing
Jim Wilczek is the Vice President, Manufacturing at Orora Packaging Solutions. He leads the Corru-Kraft and Manufactured Paper Products business. He has held this role since February 2011. He joined the company in August 1996 and has held a variety of responsible leadership positions including Group Vice President Corrugators, Group General Manager and Sales and Systems Manager. Prior to working at Orora, he competed with Corru-Kraft for eight years in Southern California at Gaylord – Lin Pac as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Accountant. He was a key leader in the greenfield plant start up. He also held key roles as Accountant, Controller and Administrative Manager at Champion International Corp. and Boise Cascade Corp. He is presently a member of the Fibre Box Association (FBA) and serves on the Region 1 AICC Board of Directors. Jim graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Business Administration and earned an MBA from California State University, Fullerton. Jim lives in Southern California with his wife and children.
Coleen BentleyVice President and CHRO
Coleen Bentley serves as Vice President and CHRO for North America which includes Orora Packaging Solutions and Orora Visual. She is responsible for leading the safety organization as well as for driving business results through human capital strategies. She assumed this role in June 2016. Coleen has a broad background in Human Resources including serving as the Senior Vice President of UTi Worldwide and various positions at Beckman Coulter/Danaher and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Coleen also spent five years in Operations leading an operational excellence Lean Six Sigma team. Coleen is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. She lives in Southern California with her husband and has two grown children.
Colleen ConnellyVice President, General Counsel
Colleen Connelly is Vice President, General Counsel for North America which includes Orora Packaging Solutions and Orora Visual. She is responsible for leading the legal team for North America. She assumed this role in July 2018 after serving as the company’s Sr. Counsel responsible for labor, employment, corporate and commercial law. Colleen has over twenty years of legal experience commencing her career in private practice with McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen, and subsequently in senior in-house roles for E. & J. Gallo Winery and UTi Worldwide. Colleen graduated from Kenyon College with a double major in Psychology and Political Science and earned her law degree from the University of Virginia. She lives in Southern California with her husband and three children.
David GraneyRegional Vice President, Sales – Southwest Region
David Graney is the Regional Vice President, Sales – Southwest Region. He is responsible for helping the Southwest Region continue to develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors. David joined the company in 1995 as a Sales Representative and has held a series of significantly increasing leadership roles including Operations Manager, Division Manager, Hub Manager, Regional Vice President - Midwest and Regional Vice President – Northwest and most recently VP, Marketing and Business Development. He has been responsible for implementing many of our most successful marketing strategies, developing new businesses across Orora Packaging Solutions, and was instrumental in the creation of the Orora Fresh brand. He graduated from University of California at Los Angeles with a BA in Psychology and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. David lives in Southern California with his wife and children.
Jerry MejiaRegional Vice President, Operations - Southwest Region
Jerry Mejia is currently the Regional Vice President of Operations for the Southwest Region. He is responsible for supporting a very diverse business from an operations standpoint for both Landsberg’s large Southwest region and our unique and fast growing Landsberg Fulfillment Solutions business. Jerry started his career with Orora in 1986 and has held key leadership positions including roles in Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, Sales Management and Division Management of key facilities such as our Landsberg Channel Islands, San Diego and Ontario divisions. Jerry has also served at the Regional Vice President level for the San Diego / Mexico region and in the Southwest and Central Regions. He lives in Southern California and is recently a very proud new grandfather.
Rosalio HernandezRegional Vice President, Mexico
Rosalio Hernandez has served as the Regional Vice President, Mexico since August 2018. Rosalio has made significant strides to grow our Mexico business and he brings an exceptional level of Operations excellence to all our Mexico divisions. Rosalio joined Orora Packaging Solutions in 2007 as General Sales Manager in our Tijuana, Baja California office. He continued to hold key roles in the organization including Division Manager, and Director of Operations, Mexico. Prior to joining Orora, Rosalio held the position of General Manager at McFarlane Foam and other key roles at Brengtag and Z Gas in Mexico. Rosalio holds a BA degree in Business from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. Rosalio lives in Southern California and Mexico with his wife and three children.
Barry BrillheartRegional Vice President, Sales - Northwest Region
Barry Brillheart is the Vice President of Sales Northwest Region for Landsberg, Orora and he assumed this role in June 2018. Barry joined the company in April 2006 as a General Sales Manager and led the organization in several key roles including Division Manager, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and International Region and Northwest Region Vice President. Prior to joining Orora, Barry worked at Sealed Air as their Northwest General Manager after holding several business development roles throughout the Western US. Barry graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Finance. He lives in Northern California with his wife and two children.
David ForrestRegional Vice President, Operations - Northwest Region
David Forrest holds the position of Regional Vice President, Operations for Orora’s Northwest Region. David is responsible for all operational functions including Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Safety for ten distribution centers in the region. Prior to this role, David was Regional Director, South with P&L responsibility for six plants in Orora’s Southeast Region. David began his career with Orora in 2005 as an intern in the Marketing department, and has held roles of increasing responsibility including Marketing Manager, Category Manager, Division Manager and most recently Regional Director. David received his BA from Whittier College in Global Business, and his MBA from the University of Southern California with a finance concentration. David lives in Northern California with his wife and son.
