Once design qualification is completed, we move to operational qualification to qualify the performance against the desired ambient profile within the desired temperature range and duration for seasonal and universal applications.

Thermal Performance Testing
Upon completion of the design qualification, the next step is to run the operational qualification to finalize the required temperature range and duration requirements both for seasonal and universal applications. Our lab in San Marcos, CA processes the thermal testing against the required ambient profile.

Distribution Testing
Upon completion of the operational qualification, most solutions require ISTA 3 series testing to ensure the packaging fully protects the payload through delivery. Our ISTA-certified facility can also conduct ISTA Series 1-6 test procedures to fully validate your packaging.
