For over 10 years, Orora has helped customers determine the reliability of packaging designs with our state-of-the-art, ISTA-certified testing facilities. Our packaging testing team specializes in cold chain packaging and distribution testing. We are also a member of the Amazon Packaging Support and Supplier (APASS) network, and we can assist with redesigning and testing your packaging to meet Amazon requirements.

We partner with you to create, test, and analyze your packaging to ensure it adheres to industry regulations and arrives safely to its end destination. Our tests also meet standards required by Walmart, FedEx, Sam's Club and other big box retailers.

Cold Chain Packaging

Using our state-of-the-art testing facilities, our cold chain packaging experts can develop solutions for 24 to 48-hour delivery times that can uphold up to -30°C temperature requirements. We also offer just in time delivery services with insulated pallet shippers.

Our Testing Facilities

Our 4 thermal testing chambers are ISTA-certified and allow us to conduct cold chain testing from temperature ranges of -75 degrees Celsius to 155 degrees Celsius as well as humidity testing ranges of 10-95%.

Testing Reports and Analysis

Our packaging testing team keeps track of all testing results and can provide in-depth testing reports and full data analysis.
