Orora is proud to offer TempAid SteadyPac™ Long-Duration Cubes for high-value payloads and/or long duration international Shipments. Available in frozen, refrigerated, and CRT configurations, offering up to 96 hour, 105 hour, and 144 hours respectively.
All configurations feature:
Exclusive interlocking, color-coded Phase Change Materials (PCMs) to ease assembly and reduce errors
A rigid, moisture resistant, fitted tub to protect the payload and VIPs as well as obtain a secure fit
An outer container with security features
Tested to ISTA 7D and 7E standards for precise temperature consistency for up to 96 hours (Frozen), 105 hours (refrigerated), and 144 hours (CRT).
Ideal for returnable shipping requirements where reuse and a better total cost of ownership are required

Phase Change Material Design
- 6 identical plates – orient in any direction for versatile use
- Translucent plastic enables color-coded liquids to match required PCM temperatures, preventing improper usage & facilitate visual inspection to confirm PCM filled as specified and in correct state
- Each plate undergoes specialized treatment process to enhance rigidity and leak resistance
- Side notches for easy disassembly
Protective Tub
- A unique fitted tub ensures a strong fit of the PCM plates to allow for the best possible contact and reduce the chance of assembly error.

SteadyPac™ Cube Instructions
- Store/condition the PCM plates per the pack out instructions.
- Remove the plates from the conditioning environment prior to assembly and lay them flat on a table at room temperature, if applicable.
- Note: Do not stack them and ensure the plates are not touching each other.

Our ISTA certified packaging engineers utilize simulation and finite element analysis (FEA) software to design custom solutions around your products temperature-specific requirements. Our distribution center in San Marcos, CA is home to our 3,000 Sq. Ft. thermal and distribution center. Our multi-million-dollar investment in ISTA-certified thermal chambers (6) and distribution testing equipment allows Orora to support our client’s needs.
