TempAid™ PCM Mailers
The TempAid™ PCM mailer is the first ever thermal insulated mailer with integrated PCM refrigerants for Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) shipments.
This patent-pending solution eliminates the need for EPS coolers and is pre-qualified to provide temperature stability for last-mile pharmaceutical delivery without the need for a cooler and separate gel packs.

Durable Construction with 3 Layers of Protection
The patent-pending, layered construction consists of three protective materials
- Specialized PCM mats engineered to be flexible, even in their solid state, control the temperature of the payload
- Cushioning polyurethane (PU) insulation provides thermal and compression resistance for the product
- Durable, protective outer material protects the contents from physical damage during transit
Qualified to ISTA 7D and 7E Standard
Controlled room temperature (CRT) is defined as 20-25° C (allowable excursions up to 15-30° C) as long as the mean kinetic temperature (MKT) remains in the specified range.

TempSafe™ Cotton/Jute Insulated Mailers
TempSafe’s™ cotton/jute insulated mailers provide excellent protection for refrigerated and ambient products seasonally. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, these 1” prequalified mailers provide up to 24 hours of duration in the summer and 48 hours in the winter.
The tamperproof adhesive seal provides assurance that your product has not been tampered with. The recyclable LDPE poly provides a durable cover that withstands mishandling. While not curbside recyclable, the natural cotton fiber insulation is environmentally friendly to landfills.
